My go-to Cardio Routine:


*generally, I like to stick to the elliptical if I'm not taking a class or doing any interval training. I like this routine of mine because it's pretty basic and I feel like I got a good workout in (which isn't always the case when using cardio equipment)

My Mix it Up Treadmill Workout
